Checked in on a single day, with walk-ins registering and checking in at the door.
Know who’s coming. Know who came.
Trakstaq brings registration, check-in, teams and attendance into one place. One record for every person, across every session.
We set up your first event with you. Nothing to install.
No one by that name yet. Walk-ins can register on the spot.
Try it. Tap a name, or switch to self check-in.
What get from Trakstaq.
Sign-ups from every channel in one list
Forms, Eventbrite, WPForms and spreadsheets all land in the same place, with no double entry.
Thousands checked in without a queue
Volunteers on their own phones, plus self check-in by QR for anyone already registered.
A true count by day and by session
See who came to which session, then send the right follow-up to the right people.
One flow, from sign-up to show-up.
Every event runs through the same three stages. Trakstaq covers all three, so nothing falls between tools.
One record for every person.
A sign-in sheet tells you about one night. A Trakstaq record holds how someone signed up, every check-in, and their attendance across every session, so you see the whole relationship.
Every session they came to
Weekly gatherings, monthly meetings, conference days. In order, with times.
Records they can fix themselves
Send a link. People update their own details. No more emailing the admin.
Groups that stay together
Families and groups check in together in one tap, and stay linked for next time.
Running at real events, today.
These are running totals from Trakstaq in production. Not a projection.
Attendance tracked session by session, month after month.
Registration, sessions and attendance run end to end on Trakstaq.
Totals across all events on Trakstaq, as of September 2026.
Five things we built for the door.
Event day is where tools break. These are the choices we made so ours doesn’t.
Volunteers use the phone browser they already have. Guests scan a code and go. No app store, no account, no setup on the morning.
Someone who registers at the door shows up in the check-in list within seconds, so they can walk in right away.
Type a surname first, or a first name first. Search by phone or email. The right person comes up either way.
Turn on a one-time code sent to the guest, or limit self check-in to the venue itself. Your count stays honest.
Add your event logo once. It appears on check-in pages and printed QR codes, which still scan cleanly when printed small.
Keep your tools. Lose the double entry.
Start with one event.
A pilot is the fastest way to see the difference. We work alongside you from setup to the last check-in.
We set it up with you
Tell us about your event. We configure it with you, so nothing lands on your plate.
You run one event
Registration, check-in and your team, all on Trakstaq. We’re on hand on the day.
You see the count
The queue, the numbers and the follow-up, for yourself. Then decide.
What people ask us first.
Any event where you need to know who came.
Conferences, recurring gatherings, team and staff meetings, training programs and children’s events. If people register, arrive, and need to be counted, Trakstaq fits.
No.
Everything runs in the phone browser. Volunteers sign in from a link. Guests scan a QR code or open a link to check themselves in.
No. Keep it.
Connect Eventbrite and new registrations sync in as they happen. We also bring in everyone who registered before you connected.
It’s built for real venues.
Pages are light and load fast on mobile data. Volunteers can work from their own connection, and self check-in moves people out of the queue entirely.
We’ll talk it through on a pilot.
Pricing depends on the size and number of your events. Start with a pilot at one event, then decide.
